Foren-Tage

Yesterday I returned from the Foren-Tage. It has been a wonderful event with an amazing trip on a ship around the Port of Hamburg. The trip has been sponsored by TMS Software. Many thanks for that!
On the conference on Saturday there also has been very interesting sessions. Here are some highlights near other great stuff:

  1. David Millington showed how to instantiate and work with C++Builder classes in Delphi.
  2. Bernd Ua explained what can happen if assumed copies of strings are passed to Windows API functions.
  3. Uwe Raabe suggested how to configure the Delphi IDE to make it more productive.
  4. And my personal favorite was the Google Maps component from Bruno Fierens.

Here is a small picture from me with Bruno.
